In the article 2.1 of the Royal Decree you have the key concepts with its definitions:
b) Objectives.
c) Competences.
d) Contents.
e) Measurable learning outcomes.
f) Evaluation criteria.
g) Teaching methodology.
What I have learnt today is that in the Royal decree there are 4 blocks of contents in English whereas on the Decree of Castilla-La Mancha there are only 2.
In my opinion, this difference makes the Decree of CLM weaker than the Royal Decree as there are some contents missed.
